                   Im also looking for informations about the price's and how exacly to to set up (For L2 game)

First of all you need to find what a server machine is, what server software is and some TCP/IP. There is no plug'n'play guide, software or anything. You have to read a lot to know what are you doing otherwise you will just waste money.
