Looking for a Developer's who know xml files coding

Hello there about one month ago I have bought strong dedicatet server for Lineage 2,I had 2 young developers on it,our server should start this week but,my developers informed me that they dont have time anymore to do anything with server,then they tok all files from dedicated server and swiched it off.

machine Geolocation Poland

Processor:Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.4GHz
Ram 16 GB
HDD 2 TB sata 2 + 2 x 60 GB SDD
System : if im not wrong its Windows Server 24 bit

Now i am looking for someone who know well xml coding as my files are written in this code.

I have server redy on with OFF - Hi5 OwerWorld compiled pack.

I would like to find someone who can do it for me and your self by charity work as I had spend all my money for the previous developers.
