LF Freya mid rate server

i've been looking for a decent server for months now, I'm looking for

50x-100x
no lag
at least 100 or so active players
no over powered donations
nothing over 1 years old...
no sub stacking garbage.

if someone could find something like this i'd appreciate it XD
